When one man (Justin Bradshaw) gets three independent calls from my family, my husband at work in Westwood, myself at home in LA, and my panic stricken college student daughter in New York who spilled water on her computer, I thought, yep the whole family is dependent on your mighty mac wisdom.
Reliability, expertise, honesty, enthusiasm, are some of the words I can use to describe Justin, but the one that describes him best is comfort. There is comfort in knowing that he is there to help us when our computers misbehave. There is comfort when I get that hysterical call from my daughter in New York when she cannot find the final report on her computer that she has been working on for days, and I say, call Justin....and, he helps her locate it...all the way from LA to NY.

Justin is more than a Mac expert; his good-guy personality and extreme customer-service skills elevate him to much-deserved title of "Digital Life Coach." He is patient, creative and totally in tune with a client's needs and goals. I wholeheartedly recommend him to anyone seeking Mac assistance, especially to organizations looking for an out-of-the-box thinker with a proven track record.

Justin of MacCognoscenti facilitated our transition from a PC family to a Mac family, helping us to make the most of our Mac and teaching us a bunch of tips, tricks and settings that save us time and space. He really is a Digital Life Coach, as he helped us figure out a plan for how to best organize our family's schedules, photos, digital movies, and email with all the latest that Mac has to offer, but with plenty of knowledge about the non-Mac gadgets one of us has to use for work. He went above and beyond to find a time that worked with our schedules and doesn't just know about Macs themselves, he knows a ton of cool and time-saving web resources and gadgets, too. Very highly recommended!

Quite literally, Justin has changed my life. He has helped me navigate the increasingly complex digital world, offering the best services & products to fit my needs. He’s patient & kind & takes the time to explain in a way that I can understand & make an informed choice. Now all my digital components are organized & easy to use. Best of all, I know that I can depend on Justin to be there for me if I need help. He’s simply the best.

Over the past five years or so, Justin has helped me to:
1) choose the best computer equipment for my needs;
2) set it up and install the software;
3) troubleshoot and fix problems when they arise.
Previously, I prided myself on doing my own computer setup, but over time the range of available hardware and software, and the complexity of their interactions, have so multiplied that I’m not capable of handling it without sacrificing a lot of time and enduring much vexation.
Justin is the perfect person to help. He knows the technical stuff and can get anything set up or fixed efficiently; he’s a pleasant guy; and he’s full of suggestions for new approaches to make my digital life easier. When urgent problems arise, he’s always been there for me.
In my experience, you can’t go wrong with Justin.

Justin Bradshaw is a god send. I recently started my own small business- a PR firm with a business partner. While we might be fairly savvy when it comes to the media and marketing communications, computer experts we are not! Justin has been incredibly helpful in setting up our business, providing tips and insight on everything from Twitter, online calendars, Mac mail, evites, photoshop and much much more. He is an endless wealth of knowledge who is also a pleasure to be around. We will be sending our clients his way frequently!
